Lead Change Management -20+ Years-Chennai

A strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced Change Management / Transition / Shared Services leader to spearhead large-scale business migrations, GCC transitions and service governance. The role will drive end-to-end transition programs, executive stakeholder management, service performance, operational governance and continuous improvement in a global banking environment.

Location -Chennai

Responsibilities -

1. Lead end-to-end business migration and transition of new services into the GCC.

2. Drive assessment, requirement gathering, migration planning, knowledge transfer, testing, go-live and stabilization.

3. Act as the senior escalation point for migration risks, issues and delivery challenges.

4. Build strong relationships with Head Office, regional offices, outsourcing partners and internal stakeholders.

5. Lead service governance through SLAs, KPIs, KRIs, service quality and operational resilience.

6. Oversee MSAs, SLAs, commercial governance, financial performance and service expansion opportunities.

7. Lead and develop Transition Management and Service Management teams, fostering accountability and operational excellence.
Requirements -

8. 20+ years of relevant experience in banking operations, shared services, GCCs, business transition, service management or operations governance.

9. Proven experience in large-scale operational migrations,



shared-services transitions or GCC setup/expansion.
