Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization, including bulk hiring and lateral hiring.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates in non-IT industries.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on interviewing processes, assessment methods, and candidate evaluation criteria.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 5-20 years of experience in BPO hiring, mass hiring, or similar roles.
- Proven track record of success in end-to-end recruitment management with a focus on non-IT recruitment.
- Solid understanding of bulk hiring processes and ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
