Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the FMCG business unit.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product pricing strategies and improve profitability.
- Provide management reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, margin expansion, and inventory control.
Job Requirements :
- 6-25 years of experience in finance leadership roles within the consumer packaged goods industry.
- Solid background in cost accounting, costing, financial analysis, financial planning, management reporting, pricing analysis, and retail/wholesale knowledge.
- Proficiency in tools like FPA/SAP Analytics Cloud/Power BI is required. Experience with HUL's central finance systems is an added advantage.
