Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and achieve business targets in the real estate sector.

The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Monitor daily sales activities, team performance, and conversion rates.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle customer queries, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for smooth sales operations.




- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to senior management.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business growth objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 38 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of real estate sales processes and market trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and reporting tools.
