Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for patient care, staff training, and quality improvement.
- Manage budgetary constraints to ensure effective use of resources.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork among staff members.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as NABH standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in nursing supervision or management role.
- B.Sc (Nursing) / Diploma in General Nursing And Midwifery degree required.
- Strong knowledge of ICU, NICU, Operation Theatre, Emergency, Pediatrics, Trauma, Orthopedics, Surgical, Gynecology specialties; familiarity with First Aid and Dressing techniques preferred.
