Job Title: Python Fullstack Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Python Backend Engineer who can take ownership of designing and developing scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python, React OR Angular cloud architecture using AWS, and leading backend teams in delivering robust and high-performance applications. This role will also require hands-on coding, architecture planning, and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of backend systems using Python frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Django, Flask) and React OR Angular
- Architect scalable and maintainable solutions leveraging AWS cloud services (e.g.,EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudFormation).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, DevOps, and Frontend to define and deliver system architecture.
- Develop responsive and reusable UI components using React.js and/or Angular.
- Ensure high standards in code quality, performance, and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and perform regular code reviews.




- Define and enforce best practices for backend architecture, security, and data modeling.
- Drive technical decisions and roadmaps, aligning with business goals.
- Manage sprint planning, task estimation, and delivery in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of skilled experience in backend development using Python and React OR Angular.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous programming.
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services and infrastructure design.
- Proficient in working with databases PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB etc.
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker, and orchestration (e.g., ECS, EKS, Kubernetes).
- CI/CD pipeline design using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
