Lead Analyst - Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Balance Sheet Lending - CRE Underwriting - 7+ Years - Hyderabad

Opportunity for a Lead Analyst with strong experience in Commercial Real Estate Balance Sheet Lending and Portfolio Monitoring. The role involves CRE underwriting, credit analysis, cash flow assessment, portfolio reviews and risk evaluation across various property types. Candidates with hands-on experience in CRE Balance Sheet Lending and underwriting of construction, bridge and permanent loans will be preferred.

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare cash flow analysis and asset summary reports for CRE loan originations and periodic portfolio reviews.
2. Conduct independent credit analysis of CRE loans, including construction, bridge and permanent/stabilized loans, with periodic risk-rating recommendations.
3. Assess future cash flows for non-stabilized deals and evaluate transaction and credit risks.
4. Prepare guarantor analysis for recourse loans, including analysis of Global Real Estate Schedules.
5. Interact with clients and internal stakeholders on analytical aspects while supporting junior analysts and contributing to team-level outcomes.

Requirements:

1. 7+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Balance Sheet Lending / Portfolio Monitoring.
2.



Strong understanding of CRE transactions across multifamily, office, retail, industrial and mixed-use properties.
3. Strong experience in CRE underwriting, credit analysis and cash flow assessment.
4. Hands-on experience with CRE underwriting / LOS platforms such as Rockport, Moodys Credit Lens and Closer, with knowledge of CoStar and REIS.
5. CA / CPA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
