Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring productive use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Oversee optical sales team, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Implement effective shrinkage control measures to minimize losses and maintain a high level of profitability.
- Ensure timely opening and closing procedures are followed by all staff members.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory management, including stock levels, orders, and returns.

- Strong understanding of store setup and layout design principles for maximum visibility and convenience.
