Job Title: Education Loan Executive (B2B)
Job Role: Coordinate between private banks/NBFCs, students & their families, and business associates to manage education loans endtoend from the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with partner banks/NBFCs for loan terms, approvals, and disbursements
- Guide students and families through documentation, eligibility, and repayment
- Collect and verify documents; track applications to disbursement
- Coordinate with B2B associates for student loan referrals
- Make outbound calls to generate new business/leads
- Maintain CRM records and compliance with loan guidelines
Requirements: Valuable communication, organizational, and basic computer skills; ability to handle multiple cases smoothly.
