Manager -Accounts & Finance-GST & Statutory- Compliance -9 Years- Faridabad

We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts professional to lead accounting operations, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, audits, financial controls, and team management. This is a hands-on leadership role with direct ownership of accounting accuracy, compliance, reporting, and financial operations.

Location: Faridabad, Haryana | Work from Office | 6 Days a Week

Qualification: CA / CA Inter / B.Com / CMA

Responsibilities

1. Leading the day-to-day Finance & Accounts operations and managing a team of accounting professionals.
2. Ensuring end-to-end compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
3. Overseeing bookkeeping, ledger accuracy, month-end closing, and accounting operations across entities.
4. Preparing and presenting MIS reports, budgets, financial statements, cash flow statements, and variance analysis to management.
5. Coordinating with statutory, internal, and tax auditors and ensuring timely closure of audit queries and observations.
6. Strengthening internal financial controls, approval workflows, accounting SOPs, and processes.
7. Managing SAP/ERP-based accounting workflows and improving accuracy and automation in Excel-based reporting.
8.



Mentoring and supervising accounts executives while ensuring accuracy, accountability, and timely delivery.
9. Working closely with Purchase, Marketing, Ecommerce, Factory Operations, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

1. 2-3 years of post-qualification experience for Chartered Accountants, OR 1015 years of relevant experience for B.Com / CA Inter candidates.
2. Strong hands-on experience in Finance & Accounts, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
3. Proven experience in team leadership and mentoring accounting professionals.
4. Robust understanding of accounting controls, audit processes, and compliance requirements.
5. Hands-on proficiency in SAP/ERP and advanced MS Excel.
6. Experience preparing MIS, budgets, financial statements, cash flow reports, and variance analysis.
7. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact with management, auditors, and cross-functional teams.
8. Strong analytical ability with a focus on identifying risks and improving accounting processes.
9. Immediate joiners preferred.
10. Willingness to work from office in Faridabad, six days a week.
