- Generate leads through calls, referrals, field visits, networking, and digital channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Explain policy features, advantages, exclusions, and premium details clearly.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly & annual sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance processes.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations and policy servicing.
- Build long-term customer relationships for renewals and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/software.
Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in any discipline preferred.
- Experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or direct sales is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
- 03 years in insurance sales, BFSI sales, or direct selling.
- Experience of 1-2 years is preferable.
- Experience in cold calling and field sales is a plus.
