About the Role

Travaa Wellness Spa is looking for an experienced and responsible Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of the spa, manage staff, maintain service quality, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing a professional spa and possess strong leadership, communication, sales, and operational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of Travaa Wellness Spa.
- Supervise therapists, reception staff, and other spa team members.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure smooth shift operations.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and professional service.
- Ensure guests receive a warm, comfortable, and satisfying experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, complaints, and service-related concerns.
- Monitor bookings, appointments, cancellations, and customer follow-ups.
- Drive sales of spa services, packages, memberships, and gift vouchers.
- Achieve monthly revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to improve performance.
- Monitor inventory, supplies,



equipment, and stock requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely availability of spa essentials.
- Maintain daily reports related to sales, attendance, bookings, and operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and professional spa standards.
- Support promotional campaigns, corporate tie-ups, and special offers.

Requirements

- Prior experience as a Spa Manager in a professional spa is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, customer service, and sales.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
- Presentable, professional, and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance incentives.
- Basic computer knowledge for bookings, reports, and inventory management.
- Candidates with experience in premium spas, wellness centres, salons, or hospitality businesses will be preferred.

Compensation

- Salary: 20,000–30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
