1- Site Civil Engineer

We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented Site Civil Engineer specializing in the construction and execution of Overhead Tanks (OHT). In this role, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure structural integrity and compliance with design specifications, and utilize advanced drafting tools (AutoCAD MS office , Excel , Word and CATIA) for on-site technical adjustments, formwork detailing, and structural layout coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution & Supervision: Manage the end-to-end construction of Overhead Water Tanks (OHT), including foundation work, staging/column erection, staging bracings, and container (dome/conical bottom) casting.
- Technical Drafting & Modeling: Utilize AutoCAD MS office , Excel to review, modify, and interpret structural and architectural drawings on-site. Leverage CATIA for advanced 3D modeling of complex structural components, precast elements, or intricate formwork configurations.
- Surveying & Layout: Perform accurate site leveling, alignment, and coordinate checks using standard surveying instruments to ensure exact positioning of tank structures.
- Quality Control & Testing: Conduct rigorous quality checks for raw materials (concrete, steel), monitor slump tests, cube tests, and oversee hydrostatic water-retaining tests for the OHT.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety (HSE) protocols on site, particularly concerning high-altitude work, scaffolding, and heavy lifting operations.
- Progress Reporting: Maintain daily site logs, track material consumption, and coordinate closely with project managers and contractors to meet project timelines.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience:



2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in site execution, specifically focusing on water-retaining structures, reservoirs, or Overhead Tanks (OHT).
- Software Proficiency:
- Strong expertise in AutoCAD for 2D construction drawings and detailing.
- Familiarity with CATIA for advanced modeling or specialized structural detailing.
- Site Skills: Proficient in site surveying, leveling, reading complex structural blueprints, and managing local labor teams.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, leadership, and effective communication skills to handle on-site challenges swiftly.

2- Computer Operator

We are looking for a Computer Operator for our Jabalpur office who will be responsible for day-to-day computer operations, data entry, documentation, record management, and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily computer operations and office documentation.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, letters, and spreadsheets.
- Work efficiently on Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Maintain digital and physical records and organize office files.
- Prepare Excel reports and update daily data as required.
- Manage printing, scanning, photocopying, and document filing.
- Coordinate with the site and office team for required documentation.
- Handle emails and basic internet-based office work.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned administrative tasks.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Basic knowledge of email and internet applications.
