Job Description:

- Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans for UKG WFM applications
- Identify document and track defects throughout the testing process
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new functionality
- Perform system integration and user acceptance testing to ensure software quality
- Provide detailed feedback and reports on testing outcomes and issues found
- Assist in the development of test scripts and scenarios based on business requirements
- Support endusers during the testing phase and gather their feedback for improvements

Required experience:

- Proven experience in software testing with UKG WFM applications
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes and requirements
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to write explicit and concise documentation and reports
- Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
