Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle international calls from clients across various countries, providing exceptional customer service and resolving their queries efficiently.
- Process transactions, answer questions, and address concerns related to banking products and services in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software or other tools.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in an international BPO environment, preferably in the banking industry.
- Solid knowledge of Australian process, international calling, international process, international voice processing (IVR), US voice process.
- Excellent communication skills for handling diverse accents and dialects.
