Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner | Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive employee engagement through floor walks, skip-level connects, R&R; programs, leadership town halls, monthly engagement activities, sports & cultural events, annual day celebrations, and retention initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent management, and people strategy initiatives
- Analyze attrition trends, HR metrics, and ROI of people programs to influence business decisions and enhance employee experience

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 6-9 years of HRBP experience,



preferably from ITES space like captive GCC/SSC/GBS/KPO environments or even from a service org setup.
- Solid expertise in employee relations, stakeholder management, performance management, and organizational development
- MBA Degree Holder with a data-driven mindset and ability to translate insights into business outcomes
