Job Title: Senior Manager – Solar Estimation, Tendering, Bidding & Documentation
Location: New Delhi
Salary: ₹20,00,000 – ₹24,00,000 a year
Job Type: Full time
Key Requirements: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Renewable Energy with 10–15+ years of hands-on experience in Solar EPC estimation, BOQ/MTO, CAPEX costing, and vendor negotiation.
Responsibilities: Independently manage the end-to-end tender lifecycle from RFP/NIT evaluation and techno-commercial proposal drafting to final bid submission.
Preferred Expertise: Proven track record in Rooftop, Ground-Mounted, Floating Solar, and BESS / Solar + Storage projects.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
