Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing cutting-edge solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to ensure the applications function as intended, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and efficiency in application development

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.




- Analyze application performance and implement enhancements as needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS): Hands-on experience with AEMaaCS, including Cloud Manager pipelines, environment management, and cloud-native development patterns.
- AEM Edge Delivery Services (EDS): Awareness of EDS and its document-based authoring model, including integration with Google Docs or Microsoft SharePoint for fast, performance-first content delivery.
- AI-Assisted Development: Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and Claude for code generation, autocompletion, and basic code review to improve individual development productivity.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with content management systems and web development frameworks.
- Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with integrating third-party services and APIs.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
