We are hiring experienced Appointment Setters to contact US-based businesses, speak with business owners and decision-makers, qualify prospects, and book appointments for our Sales Closers. Company-provided leads, training, scripts, and sales processes will be provided.

Mandatory Requirements

Applicants must have:

- Minimum 1 year of international cold-calling experience
- Good spoken and written English
- Neutral or near-American accent
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to handle gatekeepers and initial objections
- Experience using CRM and calling tools
- Ability to make 150–200 outbound calls daily
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 6:30 PM–3:30 AM IST

Core Responsibilities

Calling & Appointment Setting

- Work on company-provided US business leads
- Make 150–200 outbound calls daily
- Speak with business owners and decision-makers
- Qualify prospects and create interest in our services
- Book qualified appointments for Sales Closers
- Confirm appointments and follow up with prospects
- Reschedule missed appointments when required





CRM & Reporting

- Update CRM and calling activities daily
- Maintain accurate prospect and appointment records
- Provide complete call notes to Sales Closers
- Attend sales meetings, training, roleplays, and coaching sessions

Work-From-Home Requirements

Applicants must have:

- Laptop or desktop with minimum 8 GB RAM
- Consistent internet speed of at least 50 Mbps
- Reliable power backup
- Webcam and noise-cancelling headset
- Quiet and qualified workspace
- Availability throughout the complete working shift

Preferred Skills

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

- US B2B cold calling
- Appointment setting or lead generation
- Selling to US small businesses
- SaaS or digital marketing campaigns
- GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms
- Handling gatekeepers and business owners

Key Performance Indicators

Performance will be measured using:

- Outbound calls completed
- Decision-makers contacted
- Qualified appointments booked
- Appointment show-up rate
- Follow-up completion
- CRM accuracy
- Sales generated from booked appointments

Compensation

- Fixed Monthly In-Hand Salary: 20,000–40,000
- Performance Incentives and Bonuses: 20,000–50,000 per month
- Salary paid on the 10th of every month
- One week of initial training
- Full-time remote position
