Electrical Technician(ITI Electrician) - Chemical Industry

Position: Electrical Technician

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Technician with an ITI Electrician certification to join our team in the chemical industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical equipment and systems to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintenance & Repair:

- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues in machinery, control systems, and plant infrastructure.
- Ensure all electrical installations and repairs meet safety and regulatory standards.

- Installation & Upgradation:

- Install new electrical equipment and systems as required.
- Assist in the design and implementation of electrical upgrades and modifications.

- Troubleshooting:

- Conduct thorough inspections to identify electrical problems.
- Use appropriate testing devices to troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits and systems.

- Safety Compliance:

- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Participate in safety training sessions and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation of electrical work and safety checks.

- Collaboration:

- Work closely with other technicians, engineers, and production staff to ensure seamless plant operations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and report any issues or concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

- ITI Electrician certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of [2] years of experience as an Electrical Technician, preferably in the chemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, machinery, and control systems used in chemical plants.




- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and other industrial control systems is an advantage.
- Positive understanding of safety standards and regulations in the chemical industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
- Ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces,

Profile - Fitter Technician

Qualification - ITI Fitter

Experience - 2 to 10 Years of exp. in chemical or manufacturing company.

Role, job contents, scope, responsibilities Plant Maintenance activities in reputed Chemical / Pharmaceutical/Textile industry.

- - Maintenance experience of Pumps / Compressors / Blowers / Gearboxes etc. and dialguage alignment. Experience in utility equipments like air compressors / Brine chillers / Water chillers / Cooling Towers will be an added advantage

Profile - Plant Operator

Qualification - ITI AOCP

Experience - 2 to 10 Years of exp. in chemical or manufacturing company.

Electrician Technician - ITI Electrician

Roles & Responsibilities:

Brine Chiller, water CHiller, water absorption matching,

Utility Air Compressor activities, Nitrogen compressor and cooling tower.

Utility and plant operation and maintenance activity

Shift report / PM documentation work

To avoid overtime during present team leave, to avoid delay in plants job, modification, day

to day maintenance activities as per company norms

Hands on experience of service & maintenance of pumps, gear box, chiller unit, air

compressor, hydraulic machine etc

Hands on glass lined reactors & accessories service & maintenance

Knowledge of shift report and documentation
