- Shift: Rotational 247 shifts, including night shifts
- Working Days: 5 Days Working

- Eligibility & Requirements
- * Graduation is mandatory
- * CIBIL score of 680+ is mandatory
- * Experience in Banking Process is mandatory
- OR
- * Experience in Non-Voice / Back-Office Process is required
- * Positive English communication skills are mandatory
- * Candidates should be comfortable working in 247 rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Key Responsibilities
- * Handle customer/banking-related queries through the assigned process
- * Process and verify customer information and banking transactions
- * Maintain accuracy and follow process guidelines
- * Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of queries
- * Maintain confidentiality of customer and banking information
