Position Overview

The HR Head will lead the Human Resources function, working closely with the CEO and business leadership. This role is responsible for building and executing the overall people strategy while ensuring strong HR delivery across corporate and field operations. The ideal candidate has substantial experience in Security Services, Facility Management, Staffing, or other large workforce-driven businesses and a proven track record in managing pan-India operations.

Key Responsibilities





- Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business growth plans and partner with CEO on organisation structure and manpower planning.
- Drive workforce planning across corporate offices, branches, and sites to ensure timely manpower availability and improve productivity.
- Lead talent acquisition for both frontline and managerial positions, building scalable sourcing channels and reducing turnaround time.
- Own attrition reduction and employee retention initiatives, analysing trends and implementing practical solutions for workforce stability.
- Ensure statutory compliance with labour laws, contract labour regulations, and employment standards across all locations.
- Manage employee relations, handle escalated grievances, and strengthen communication between corporate HR and field teams.
- Drive performance management, capability building, and training initiatives to foster a performance-oriented culture.
- Establish HR dashboards and analytics to monitor headcount, recruitment, attrition, and manpower costs for informed decision-making.
