Role & responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
* Explain real estate projects and investment opportunities clearly.
* Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
* Generate leads and arrange meetings/site visits with interested prospects.
* Maintain basic records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
* Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
Preferred candidate profile
* Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
* Kannada and English communication preferred.
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate will be an advantage.
