- Manage day-to-day Shopify website operations, including products, collections, pricing, inventory, banners and content.
- Manage D2C sales and website merchandising, including offers, discounts, bundles and promotions.
- Execute product launches, festive campaigns and promotional activities end-to-end.
- Monitor and improve website conversion rate, cart abandonment, checkout performance and customer journey.
- Coordinate with design and development teams for UX, PDP, landing page and website improvements.
- Coordinate with Meta/Google Ads teams, creative agencies and influencers to align marketing campaigns with D2C objectives.
- Execute WhatsApp, Email and SMS CRM campaigns for abandoned carts, repeat purchases and customer engagement.
- Track Revenue, Orders, AOV, Traffic, Conversion Rate, CAC and ROAS and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Identify opportunities to reduce cancellations, returns and RTO and improve overall customer experience.
