About the Role
We are looking for a talented and versatile Full Stack Software Developer with 4-7 years of skilled
experience to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across
Windows desktop/UWP applications, modern web frontend frameworks, backend services, and REST APIs. You
will be involved in designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing both desktop and web-based
applications.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys solving problems across the technology stack,
takes ownership of their work, and can collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain Windows Desktop/UWP applications.
Develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces using React or similar frontend frameworks.
Design and develop backend services and web applications.
Build, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs.
Work with databases, data models, queries, and backend integrations.
¢ Integrate desktop applications with backend services and APIs.
¢ Debug and troubleshoot issues across frontend, backend, API, and desktop application layers.
¢ Analyze existing codebases and implement enhancements, fixes, and new features.
¢ Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-documented code.
¢ Perform unit testing, integration testing, and participate in application QA/debugging.
¢ Participate in code reviews and follow good software development practices.
¢ Work closely with product, design, QA, and other engineering team members.
¢ Communicate directly with clients when required to understand requirements, troubleshooting issues, and
provide technical updates.
¢ Take ownership of assigned features and deliver them within agreed timelines.
¢ Contribute to architecture and technology decisions as the product evolves.
¢ Stay updated with up-to-date development tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Required Technical Skills
Windows / Desktop Development
¢ Strong experience in C# and .NET.
¢ Hands-on experience developing Windows Desktop applications.
¢ Experience with UWP (Universal Windows Platform) applications.
¢ Good understanding of Windows application architecture and debugging.
¢ Experience working with XAML and desktop UI development is preferred.
¢ Experience with WinUI / Windows App SDK is an advantage.
Full Stack Software Developer Job Description

Frontend Development
¢ Strong experience with React.js or a comparable modern frontend framework.




¢ Good knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
¢ Experience building responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
¢ Understanding of frontend state management, component architecture, and API integration.
¢ Familiarity with modern frontend build tools and development practices.
Backend & APIs
¢ Strong experience developing backend applications/services using technologies such as .NET / ASP.NET
Core or equivalent.
¢ Hands-on experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
¢ Understanding of authentication, authorization, API security, and common web application architecture.
¢ Experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs.
¢ Good understanding of HTTP, JSON, API versioning, error handling, and logging.
Database
¢ Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
¢ Good understanding of database design, SQL queries, joins, indexing, and transactions.
¢ Familiarity with ORM technologies such as Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core is preferred.
Development & Collaboration Tools
¢ Good experience with Git and version control.
¢ Familiarity with GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
¢ Understanding of CI/CD and software development lifecycles is an advantage.
¢ Experience using Microsoft Copilot in Visual Studio with optimized prompts to improve development
productivity, debugging, and code quality is preferred.
¢ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices is preferred.
Good to Have
¢ Experience working on both Windows desktop and web applications.
¢ Experience migrating or modernizing legacy Windows/UWP applications.
¢ Experience with WinUI 3 / Windows App SDK.
¢ Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.

Experience

preferred. Equivalent practical experience and strong technical skills will also be considered.
