*Role Overview:*

* Lead FP&A;, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and financial planning

* Drive monthly/quarterly MIS, P&L; analysis, variance analysis and financial reporting

* Oversee accounting controls, GL, AR, AP, reconciliations, audits and statutory compliance





* Manage working capital, cash flow, DSO/DPO, collections and vendor payment terms

* Drive inventory valuation, reconciliation, ageing, shrinkage and financial governance

* Develop business dashboards, unit economics, cost and margin analysis

* Partner with CFO/CEO and business leaders on financial planning and strategic decisions

* Drive cost optimization, profitability improvement and financial controls

* Support finance transformation, ERP/process improvements and business initiatives
