AVP Presales | Insurance & Financial Services-Property & Casualty insurance-Consulting -13 Years -Pune/Bangalore/Noida/Gurugram

An opportunity for an experienced Presales professional to lead strategic proposals, solution development and client engagement initiatives within the insurance and financial services space. The role involves working across the complete sales lifecycle, from deal qualification and requirement gathering to proposal development and deal closure.

Location- Pune / Gurugram/Noida/Bangalore/Kolkata

Responsibilities

1. Lead RFP/RFI responses, proposals, pitch decks and capability presentations.
2. Understand client requirements and develop tailored solution frameworks and value propositions.
3. Partner with Business Development, Solutions, Delivery and Marketing teams across the sales cycle.
4. Participate in client calls, workshops, requirement discussions and solution presentations.
5. Conduct research on clients, competitors, market trends and emerging insurance technologies.
6. Support deal qualification, deal shaping and solution differentiation.
7. Build and maintain reusable case studies, solution components, pricing models and delivery frameworks.
8. Coordinate client visits and support strategic client engagements.
9. Contribute to industry analyst research and RFI initiatives.

Requirements

1. 13-18 years of experience in Presales, Consulting, Business Analysis or related areas.
2. Strong Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance domain knowledge preferred.
3. Experience in RFP/RFI management, proposal development and solution consulting.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling solution narratives.
5. Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Visio.
7. Experience in technology-enabled services, Digital Transformation,



InsurTech or BPM is an advantage.
8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance or a related field.
9. MBA / CPCU / AINS certification would be an added advantage.
