Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling interested customer leads, understanding their insurance requirements, explaining suitable products, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle interested leads provided by the company; no cold calling.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Follow up with customers and ensure sales closure.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Provide a positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.




- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Marathi & Gujarati speaking preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
