Role & responsibilities

- Manage and train a team of circulation staff.
- Develop and implement procedures for distribution and delivery of products.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Monitor and analyze distribution and delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory levels.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Resolution of all delivery complaints, including special correspondence/VIP/educational and all escalated priority complaints for their markets.
- Working with Centre in charge, Area manager and Director/Market Strategy on market analyses and reviewing potential competition to help DJ realize best rates and best service for each market.
- Review hand insertion schedules and communicate with distributors and plants.
- Maintaining service copy/sample percentage parameters




- Work with contractors on expanded carrier delivery coverage and mail lists conversions.
- Implements sales and marketing plans to meet budgeted volume goals
- Develops volume budgets for the site.
- Effectively communicates details of programs, results and accomplishments to the Regional Sales Manager and local publishers.
- Facilitates timely launch of programs
- Monitor, track and provide progress reports to Head office and Branch Office.

- Candidate profile

- Candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience in the Print Media Industry, preferably in the Circulation Department.
- Robust knowledge of newspaper circulation, distribution operations, and delivery management.
- Experience in managing and training circulation teams, distributors, and delivery staff.
- Good communication, leadership, problem-solving, and market analysis skills.
- Willingness to manage operations across Bilaspur, Sarguja Division, Koriya (MCB), and Raigarh.
