Role Overview

We are looking for a Utility Operator to operate, monitor and maintain utility equipment at our Rania manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring continuous and reliable availability of utilities required for production.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor plant utility equipment and systems.
- Monitor utility parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow, level and operating conditions.
- Carry out routine inspection of utility equipment and identify abnormalities.
- Support operation and basic maintenance of:




- Air compressors
- Chillers / cooling systems
- Pumps
- DG sets
- Boilers / thermic fluid systems, wherever applicable
- Water treatment and other plant utility systems

- Maintain utility operating logs, checklists and shift records.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance team during breakdowns and equipment abnormalities.
- Ensure timely start-up and shutdown of utility equipment as per SOPs.
- Maintain required utility availability for production operations.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and report equipment issues.
- Maintain good housekeeping and 5S in the utility area.
- Follow all EHS, PPE, LOTO and secure operating procedures.
