We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our Banking HNI Customer Support Process. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing excellent service, and assisting HNI banking customers with their account and service-related requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve banking-related queries.
- Provide qualified and personalized customer support to HNI clients.
- Assist customers with account-related services and banking products.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain quality standards and follow company and banking process guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
