Role & responsibilities:

- Identify and monitor government and private construction tenders.
- Search Central Government, MP and other state-level tenders.
- Handle tenders related to roads, highways, expressways, bridges, buildings, railways, metro, EPC and other infrastructure projects.
- Study NIT, RFP, BOQ, GCC, SCC and technical specifications.
- Check eligibility criteria, similar work experience, turnover, net worth and bid capacity.
- Prepare Bid/No-Bid analysis and tender compliance matrix.
- Coordinate with management for tender approval.
- Prepare technical and commercial bids.
- Analyze BOQ, SOR/DSR, quantities and rates.
- Coordinate with estimation, planning, engineering, procurement, finance and project teams.
- Collect and negotiate material, equipment and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare project costing, rate analysis, overheads and profit calculations.
- Coordinate technical methodology, work programme,



manpower and equipment deployment plans.
- Prepare company credentials, work orders and completion certificates.
- Handle EMD, tender fees, affidavits, undertakings and statutory documents.
- Submit technical and financial bids through government e-procurement portals.
- Monitor corrigendum, addendum, pre-bid queries and tender amendments.
- Track technical evaluation, financial bid opening and tender results.
- Handle post-bid clarifications and additional document requirements.
- Maintain tender tracker, bid register and tender MIS.
- Coordinate LOA, performance security, agreement and work-order formalities.
- Handover awarded projects to the execution/project team.
- Ensure timely and accurate tender submission within deadlines.
