Are you experienced in operating and maintaining gas-fired boilers? We are hiring a Boiler Operator to ensure safe and efficient boiler operations at our facility. If you have hands-on experience in CNG/PNG gas boiler systems, this role is for you!

Role: Boiler Operator
Location: Rania, Kanpur
Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in CNG/PNG gas boiler operation & maintenance in manufacturing or process industries

Key Responsibilities:

Boiler Operation:

- Operate and monitor gas-fired boilers (CNG/PNG) to ensure consistent steam generation
- Regulate fuel and water input to maintain safe and efficient pressure levels

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

- Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance of boiler systems
- Diagnose and resolve operational issues, ensuring minimal downtime

Safety & Compliance:

- Adhere to safety standards,



legal requirements, and operating procedures
- Maintain daily logs of pressure, temperature, fuel consumption, and other operating conditions

Utility Support:

- Coordinate with the utility and maintenance teams for optimal equipment performance
- Ensure proper functioning of pumps, valves, gauges, and safety devices

Key Skills & Attributes:

Thorough knowledge of CNG/PNG gas boilers
Strong understanding of boiler safety, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with industrial utilities and equipment controls
Valuable record-keeping and communication skills

Qualifications:

Boiler Attendant Certificate First (as per statutory requirement)
2-5 years of experience in operating and maintaining gas-fired boilers in industrial environments
