Our Client is a fast-growing integrated media outsourcing and advertising solutions company, partnering with leading news channels across South India. The company specializes in media monetization, advertising strategy, content innovation, and Gen AI-led content solutions across TV, Digital, and Content ecosystems.

Role Overview

We are looking for a energetic Senior Sales Manager to drive advertising revenue and strengthen the company's presence in the Mumbai market. The role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in media/ad sales and agency-client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive advertising sales and revenue across TV and Digital platforms.
- Build and manage relationships with media agencies, advertising agencies, and direct clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across categories and markets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.
- Develop and sell integrated TV + Digital + Content media solutions.
- Drive branded content, sponsorships, partnerships,



and integrated campaigns.
- Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Ideal Candidate

- Experience in Media/Advertising Sales across TV, Digital, Print, or Radio.
- Strong network with media agencies and key advertisers in Mumbai/West India.
- Good understanding of regional and national media markets.
- Proven ability to sell integrated media solutions.
- Experience in branded content, sponsorships, or large-scale media partnerships will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
