Experience: 2-5 Years | Location: Hyderabad

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle project-wise accounting for construction and real estate projects.
- Maintain project cost, construction expenses, land/development costs and inventory.
- Handle contractor, subcontractor and vendor accounting, including work bills, advances and retentions.
- Maintain unit/flat/plot-wise customer ledgers, bookings, collections and receivables.
- Handle RERA project accounting and RERA bank account reconciliations.
- Strong knowledge of GST in real estate/construction, including ITC, RCM, works contracts and project-related transactions.
- Handle TDS on contractor, skilled and other project-related payments.
- Prepare project-wise MIS,



cost sheets, profitability, cash flow and outstanding reports.
- Reconcile project-wise bank, customer, vendor and contractor accounts.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, contractors, vendors, customers, auditors and management.
- Assist in statutory audit, tax audit, GST and RERA compliances.

Candidate must have prior hands-on experience in Real Estate / Construction Accounting, particularly:

Project Accounting | RERA Accounting | Contractor Billing | Construction Costing | Customer/Unit Accounting | GST & TDS | Project MIS

Preference: Candidates currently working or having previous experience with Builders, Real Estate Developers or Construction Companies.
