Are you trained in fire safety, emergency response, and industrial firefighting? We are looking for a vigilant and proactive Fireman to join our team and strengthen workplace safety at our Santej, Ahmedabad location.

Role: Fireman

Location: Peenya, Bengaluru

Preferred Background: Candidates with hands-on experience in firefighting, emergency response, and fire pump operations in an industrial setup & must know kannada language.

Key Responsibilities:

Firefighting & Emergency Response:

- Operate fire pumps, hoses, and extinguishers effectively during emergencies
- Respond to fire, chemical, or other workplace incidents quickly and efficiently

Work Permit & Safety Monitoring:

- Monitor and ensure compliance with Work Permit Systems (Hot Work, Confined Space, etc.)
- Support in secure execution of hazardous jobs

Fire & Mock Drills:





- Organize and participate in fire drills and mock emergency exercises
- Educate plant personnel on emergency evacuation and firefighting techniques

First Aid & CPR:

- Provide first aid and CPR during medical emergencies
- Support EHS team in training and awareness programs

Preventive Safety Measures:

- Conduct routine inspections of fire safety equipment and hydrants
- Ensure all firefighting systems are in working condition and meet compliance

Key Skills & Attributes:

Knowledge of firefighting methods and fire pump operation

Certified in CPR and First Aid

Familiarity with Work Permit System and EHS protocols

Physically fit and able to respond under pressure

Team player with a strong sense of alertness and responsibility

Qualifications: Certified Fireman Course / Fire & Industrial Safety Diploma

2-3 years of experience in firefighting in manufacturing, chemical, or industrial plants
