About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support to the Sales, Customer, Engineering and Manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Support Sales with technical-commercial quotations and proposals.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors and international principals.
- Review drawings, specifications and technical documents.
- Support product/application selection and order handover.
- Prepare technical comparisons, presentations and reports.

Required Skills

- Solid Mechanical Engineering fundamentals.
- Knowledge of drawings, GD&T;, machine elements, machining & fabrication.
- Basic understanding of industrial automation and electrical/controls.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- CAD knowledge – SolidWorks / AutoCAD / Creo / Inventor – is an advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Quick learner with a strong technical curiosity and ownership mindset.
