- Design and deliver soft skills training programs for aspirants .
- Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in aspirants performance and develop customized training lessons.
- Develop and maintain relationships with aspirants to understand their requirements and improvements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of soft skills such as communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, etc.
- Ability to design engaging training materials and presentations using various formats (e.g., PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills.
