Job Description

We are hiring an experienced CPQ Test Lead to lead end-to-end testing activities for a strategic CPQ transformation program. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CPQ platform testing, sales and pre-sales processes, test automation, integration testing, and stakeholder management.

Required Experience

- 8-12+ years of QA/Test Management experience
- Minimum 4+ years of CPQ platform testing experience
- Experience leading offshore and distributed testing teams
- Solid experience in SIT, UAT, Regression, and End-to-End Testing
- Expertise in CRM, CPQ, ERP integrations, and commercial processes

Key Responsibilities

Test Leadership

- Define and execute QA and testing strategy for CPQ implementations and enhancements
- Lead SIT, UAT, Regression, and End-to-End testing activities
- Manage functional and automation testing teams across multiple workstreams
- Drive defect triage, prioritization, reporting, and resolution
- Establish quality metrics, test governance,



and release readiness criteria

CPQ Functional Testing

- Validate Configure, Price, and Quote processes across the sales lifecycle
- Test product configuration rules, pricing models, discount structures, and approval workflows
- Validate quote generation, proposal creation, order creation, and downstream integrations
- Ensure coverage of customer-specific pricing, contract terms, and sales agreements

Pre-Sales & Commercial Process Validation

- Validate end-to-end Lead-to-Order business processes
- Test CRM to CPQ and downstream ERP/Order Management integrations
- Validate quote approvals, commercial workflows, deal reviews, and revenue-impacting scenarios
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Pre-Sales, Product Management, and Business stakeholders
