Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects while ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple teams.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, business teams, development teams, and clients.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Conduct project planning, estimation, resource allocation, and monitoring.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage change requests and stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills:

- Solid experience in Project Management.
- Experience in Agile, Scrum,



or Waterfall methodologies.
- Project planning and execution.
- Risk and stakeholder management.
- Team coordination and leadership.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools.

Preferred:

- PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification.
- Experience managing application development or digital transformation projects.
- Exposure to cloud projects (AWS/Azure) is an added advantage.

Mandatory Criteria:

- 9+ years of total IT experience.
- Minimum 2 years as a Project Manager.
- Strong stakeholder and team management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
