Education: Tool & Die Maker / Machinist

Job Type: Full Time / Trainee Role - Rotational Shifts (1st Shift,2nd Shift, General & 3rd/ Night Shift )

**Bond Period**: The Employee agrees to serve the Company for a minimum period of 3 Years from the date

of joining.

Summary: Support the Assembly team in assembly, fitting, and maintenance of Weapon related work for

defence products.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembly Support: senior technicians well give task related in assembly of Weapons as per drawing ,fitting,

and maintenance related work.

Basic Machining & Fitting Use hand tools:

Hammer, files, spanners, Allen keys, Basic operations.,. Etc under Senior guidance

Tool Handling:

Carry Weapon Parts for Assembly- setup and Help in Assembly, dismantling, cleaning, and re-assembly of

weapon parts after production.

Measurement & Quality:

Learn to use Vernier Caliper, Micrometer,



Height Gauge Check assembled tool dimensions as per drawing

Housekeeping & Safety :

Maintain 5S in tool room and assembly area Follow all PPE and safety rules in press shop

Documentation :

Maintain tool issue/return register Update Tool History Card with senior’s help

• Skills Required: Basic knowledge of tools, dies, and press operations

• Ability to read simple engineering drawings – training will be given

• Good in hand fitting and assembly work

• Willing to work in shifts and learn quickly

Benefits:

Stipend: 15,500 – 28,000 per month + Canteen + ESI/PF

Training: On-job training on Assembly Technician

Growth: Promotion to Assembly Technician in 12 months based on performance.

Notice Period: 3 months written notice is required for resignation. If notice not served, amount will be

deducted from full & final settlement.

Company Rights: Company reserves the right to terminate if there is misconduct, poor performance, or

violation of company policy.
