Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Own product strategy, roadmap, backlog and prioritisation for the OpenShift platform.
- Manage platform demand across XaaS teams, balancing feature requests,platform sustainability, capacity management, security, reliability and technical debt.
- Identify and drive adoption of new platform capabilities.
- Work closely with the Platform Engineering, Architecture, Security and XaaS Product teams to align priorities and outcomes.
- Define and track platform KPIs.
- Set and manage Platform SLAs, including SLOs and SLIs.

Experience

- Experience working in highly technical, engineering-led environments.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager for an internal platform or infrastructure product.
- Solid understanding of the OpenShift ecosystem and modern platform engineering practices.




- Experience managing competing stakeholder demands in a shared platform environment.
- Track record of translating complex technical problems into clear product priorities and outcomes.

Skills:

- Strong Product Management discipline covering discovery, roadmap, stakeholder management and backlog management.
- Credible technical depth with container platforms, cloud-native technologies and developer platforms.
- Strong data-driven decision-making and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent communication and ability to influence engineering and leadership stakeholders.
