Role Requirements:

Valuable Knowledge about Bankruptcy process and basic understanding of Bankruptcy related documents.

BK Acquisition Audit: Performs reconciliation of both contractual and post-petition payment histories from the bankruptcy (BK) filing date through the loan acquisition date. This involves reviewing the complete loan transaction history and bankruptcy court documents, including Chapter 13 Plans, Proofs of Claim (POC), Objections, Motions for Relief (MFR), Payment Change Notices (PCN), Post-Petition Fee Notices (PPFN), Loan Modifications, Agreed Orders, Notices of Default (NOD), Cramdowns, and Lien Strips, among others

BK Billing: Performs a detailed review of bankruptcy-related fees in accordance with the client-provided Billing Matrix, which defines the allowable fee limits based on factors such as state, fee type, and investor requirements.

The review ensures that all fees charged, incurred, and paid are accurate, compliant, and within the permissible limits established by the client. Will attach the supporting invoice if required and will complete the steps in the client application.

Educational qualifications:

15 years of education is Mandatory.
