Responsibilities

- Responsible creating a range of documentation such as, training materials, press releases, articles, blog posts, newsletters, social media posts, and internal communications, tailored to different audiences and platforms.
- Writes content that effectively communicates the organizations messages, values, and objectives to various audiences.
- Researches and interprets specifications through discussions with subject matter experts and translates into user-friendly documentation to address the business requirements.
- Tailors content to fit various formats and channels, understanding the nuances of writing for digital platforms versus traditional media.
- Works to achieve operational targets within sub-function with direct impact on department results.
- Works to achieve operational targets with significant impact on function level results.
- Works independently under limited supervision.




- May be responsible for entire projects or processes within sub-function.
- Often leads the work of small project teams; may formally train junior staff.
- Contributes to process improvements.
- Facing function related problems that are sometimes difficult and moderately complex.
- Coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals.

Qualifications

- University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
