Puja At Home is a faith-tech startup connecting NRIs and the Indian diaspora worldwide with experienced pandits in India for authentic virtual puja services. We are building a meaningful global platform to help Indians stay connected to their culture and traditions.

The Role We’re looking for a self-driven Finance & Growth Intern who wants hands-on startup experience across marketing, business growth, business development, and fundraising.

What You’ll Work On

- Research and reach NRI communities across the US, UK, Canada, Australia & Gulf.
- Identify and reach out to influencers, community leaders, temples, organisations, and potential business partners.
- Generate new customers, leads, partnerships, and business opportunities for Puja At Home.
- Research and identify potential investors, angel investors, VCs, accelerators, and funding opportunities.
- Build investor lists, conduct research, assist with investor outreach and follow-ups.
- Support festival campaigns, influencer marketing, and growth initiatives.




- Conduct competitor and market research and share actionable insights.
- Track leads, outreach, partnerships, investor conversations, and results.

Who We’re Looking For

- Pursuing/recently completed MBA/PGDM/BBA with an interest in Marketing, Finance, Business Development, or Entrepreneurship.
- Strong research, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote startup environment.
- Interested in startups, fundraising, marketing, and business growth.
- Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Understanding of Indian culture and NRI communities is a plus.
