## About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented **SMO & SMM Executive** to manage and grow the company’s social media presence. The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, increasing audience engagement, and supporting digital marketing initiatives.

## Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles across platforms such as **Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels**.

* Develop and execute effective **Social Media Marketing (SMM)** strategies.

* Plan and maintain a **monthly/weekly social media content calendar**.

* Create, curate, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and other creative formats.

* Handle **Social Media Optimization (SMO)** to improve reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility.

* Monitor social media trends, competitors, hashtags, and industry developments.

* Increase organic reach and engagement through relevant content, hashtags, and audience-focused strategies.

* Coordinate with the **design and content teams** for creatives, videos, captions, and campaigns.

* Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries professionally and on time.





* Monitor and analyze social media performance using platform insights and analytics.

* Prepare regular **social media performance reports** covering reach, engagement, followers, leads, and other key metrics.

* Assist in planning and executing **social media campaigns and paid promotions**.

* Identify new opportunities and trends to improve brand awareness and audience growth.

* Ensure all social media content follows the company’s branding and communication guidelines.

## Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in **Social Media Marketing / SMO / Digital Marketing**.

* Good knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms.

* Strong understanding of social media trends, hashtags, engagement strategies, and content marketing.

* Good communication and copywriting skills.

* Basic knowledge of **Canva or other graphic/content creation tools** will be an advantage.

* Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.

* Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
