- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads
- Explain our courses & services clearly and persuasively
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable course & University as solutions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly Admission targets
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular customer contact
- Update CRM systems with accurate call and admission details
- Handle objections and close admissions professionally
- Maintain a positive customer experience during all interactions
- Coordinate with the Admission and supporting operation team for processing
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
