About the Job

Senior Frontend Developer

Design, develop and maintain high-performance marine software solutions. Frontend role across React, TypeScript and data visualisation, building data-intensive,



scalable and secure applications on-premise and in the cloud.

What you'll do

- Design and develop high-quality frontend applications using modern React patterns
- Build responsive, performant, data-heavy user interfaces
- Implement advanced charting and data visualisation
- Integrate with REST APIs and real-time data sources
- Ensure application performance, security and scalability
- Write clean, testable, well-documented code

What you'll bring

- 7+ years frontend development; enterprise React and TypeScript
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- React and TypeScript: hooks, context, component composition
- Data-heavy, performance-optimised UIs and large datasets in the browser
- REST API integration and real-time data (WebSockets, SSE)
- Frontend security: XSS, CSRF, CORS
- AWS, CI/CD and frontend deployments.
- Comfortable on Windows and Linux

Nice to have

Apache ECharts or similar data visualisation libraries
Electron or desktop applications
Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright
browser performance profiling
