Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute batches in Kilo lab, Pilot plant & Technology transfer scale up plants.
- Develop processes for new products and improve existing ones through process optimization techniques.
- Ensure smooth operation of equipment's during production runs by monitoring parameters such as pH, TDS, Conductivity etc.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues related to product quality and process efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of batch data, including logs, reports, and documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing industry (API) with expertise in batch execution, process development, pilot plant operations.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Solid understanding of GMP guidelines and regulations governing pharmaceutical industries.
