We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, supporting underwriting activities, building advanced financial models, and performing Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis to evaluate real estate investments. You will work closely with US-based stakeholders to support informed decision-making and ensure accuracy, quality, and accountability across all financial deliverables.

Shift Timing: US Hours

What to expect in your journey

- Analyze and interpret complex financial data to support business decisions
- Perform financial modeling, including cash flow models, sensitivity analysis, and scenario analysis
- Conduct Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) valuations for real estate assets and investments
- Support underwriting activities, including deal analysis, risk assessment, and investment evaluation
- Review financial statements, rent rolls, operating statements, and market data
- Prepare investment memos, financial reports,



and presentations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate real estate acquisitions and portfolios
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and assumptions

What you bring to the table

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, financial models); experience with financial tools/software is a plus
- Prior experience in the Real Estate industry (highly preferred)
- Exposure to US real estate markets and investment structures
